PRE-LOVED VINTAGE FURNITURE
Due to the nature of upcycled furniture, there may be small imperfections and signs of a former life relative to its age. These add character and charm to the piece which I endeavor to incorporate rather than eradicate.

All furniture is hardwearing and refinished by hand giving the piece a high quality finish and as such a creative piece of work rather than flawless factory finished item. 
PAYMENT
You can purchase your items using a credit card (via Stripe, Google Pay etc) or PayPal. You can also do a bank transfer – get in touch if this is your preferred method of payment.

Pieces of furniture will not be released until full payment, including delivery charges where necessary, has been received.

For commission/custom pieces, a deposit of usually 33% is required prior to commencement with the balance payable prior to collection.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY  
Any shipping price given is an estimate based on average courier costs. This may be lower or higher depending if you live a particularly long distance from regular courier routes or live outside of England, Wales or Scotland. For an accurate delivery charge, please get in touch with your postcode.

Buyers are very welcome to view and collect from the workshop in Wingrave, Bucks.

RETURNS
Custom Furniture is non-refundable unless there is a specific issue with the piece. Should you wish to discuss a refund and we feel the item is resellable we may issue at our discretion. The delivery fee is not refundable and the buyer must pay to return the item.

If the item is faulty or needs a repair due an issue with our workmanship we will either carry out a repair, replacement or give a full refund if we cannot do either of those, including any delivery costs. 

Shop sold furniture may be returned at the buyers expense within 30 days. The delivery fee is not refundable only the purchase cost. 

For items damaged in transit we require full photographs of the piece and packaging as it is received. It is essential pieces are unpacked before the courier leaves.  Any damage caused by the delivery that is discovered after that point cannot be part of a damages claim. 

Items damaged after delivery is accepted cannot be returned although we will endeavour to fix at a reasonable cost.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
